Search Tips
*Searches find records where the letter you entered are found anywhere in the field (last name, first name, or city). For example, the searches below will all find members named “Tammy” when entered in the first name field:

Mmy
You can also use “%” as a wildcard, meaning letters in that position can be anything. For example, “Ta%y” would also find members with the first name “Tammy”.
**You need not enter a complete zip code in order to search, however you must enter the zip code from left to right without skipping numbers. MSA’s business office zip code is 66044. The following are all valid searches for finding a matching record:

Entering “044″, however would not be a valid search for our Lawrence, KS address. It would be valid for Orono, Maine.
When entering a nine-digit US zip code, you must include a hyphen between the first five and last four numbers.
