Lodging

There are two hotels available for the MSA 2020 meeting. Please see the below information on booking at each hotel. 


Please note that if you desire dorm housing for the Annual Meeting, you will need to reserve your space during your Meeting registration. No linens will be provided for the dorm housing option, so make sure to pack your own.

University of Florida Hilton

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Conference hotel, University of Florida Hilton. Please note that the block of rooms is limited, and rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

Reservations:

To secure a room within the Mycology block, individual reservations must be made by no later than Friday, June 19, 2020. Please be aware that the block of rooms reserved for the group is limited. Reservations can be made by phone or online. To make a reservation by phone, please call 1-800-HILTONS and provide the reservation agent with the name of the group: MYCO20. Rooms can also be booked through this online reservation link.

Aloft Gainesville University Area

A limited block of rooms has also been reserved at the Aloft Gainesville University Area hotel, located directly behind the UF Hilton. Please note the block of rooms is limited, and rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
