Abstract Due Date: April 22, 2022
Session delivery: All oral sessions are planned for in person delivery (but special arrangements to present remotely via a prerecorded talk may be possible in some cases). Poster presentations are designed for in-person delivery. Poster presenters may also opt to deposit their posters online for remote viewing by registered MSA attendees.
Session recording: We ask that oral presenters consent to have their sessions recorded. A subset of the presentations will be recorded and made available via the web to registered MSA 2022 attendees.
Abstract format: Please download the MSA 2022 Abstract Template and follow the designated format. The abstract template also contains an example abstract. Please note that abstracts that DO NOT follow appropriate format may be returned for editing or rejected at the discretion of the MSA 2022 Program Chair.
Oral Presentation vs. Poster: Abstract authors should select whether they would like to present in an oral session or poster session. The program committee will attempt to accommodate as many oral session requests as possible (but please be aware that oral speaking spots are limited). Undergraduate and graduate students who would like to be eligible for student awards should indicate their student status.
