The abstract submission site is now open for the 2025 Mycological Society of America Annual Meeting, scheduled for June 28 – July 2, in Madison, Wisconsin, with the theme of “Fungal Futures: Cultivating Mycology and Mycologists“.
The deadline for submitting abstracts is March 17, 2025!
MSA has a new Abstract Submission System! You will need to create a new user name and password, as your credentials from the “old” system will not carry over. Click HERE and go to the dark green box in the upper right corner of the screen to create a new user account.
More details about our new system will follow when our event registration portal goes live. Updates will be coming soon to the MSA meeting website.
Abstract Format: Abstracts will be submitted through our new system, following a designated format. Please review abstract requirements before the deadline to ensure complete submission on time. Please note that abstracts that do not have all essential fields completed may be returned for editing or rejected.
Oral Presentation vs. Poster: Abstract authors should select whether they would like to present in an oral session or poster session. The program committee will attempt to accommodate as many oral session requests as possible (please be aware that oral speaking spots are limited). Students and postdocs who would like to be eligible for presentation awards should indicate their status on the submission form.
The abstract submission system will close March 17, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific US/Canada.
