Daniel Farthing
I am a doctoral student and NSF Graduate Research Fellow in Dr. Joseph Spatafora’s lab at Oregon State University. I am interested in bacterial-fungal interactions, anaerobic microbiology, and microbiome science. My graduate research is focused on interactions between Basidiobolus and bacteria in the amphibian gut microbiome.
