He previously co-founded and served as the mycological director for a prominent biotech company, scaling novel fungal methodologies. Currently, Lorin operates as a freelance consultant, working closely with research institutes to bridge the gap between scientific studies and real-world application in conservation and other fungal technologies. His expertise also extends to advising organizations on best practices in mycological procedures, strain maintenance, and preservation.
