Banquet, Auction, & Awards Ceremony: 2024 MSA Annual Meeting

The 2024 MSA Banquet, Auction, and Awards Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, June 12th. Purchase your ticket when you register for the meeting. Since seating is limited, we may be able to sell additional on-site tickets but to ensure your participation, MSA strongly recommends purchasing tickets in advance.

2024 MSA Auction

Options to participate are plentiful, and include the follow choices: 

  • Bringing donated, fungal-adjacent items with you to the conference. There will be a designated room to drop all auction items off, open the same hours as registration.
  • Sending such items ahead of time. We do encourage all to carry their items with them, but if that is not an option, there are some very specific guidelines to follow when shipping your items this year. Please see instructions for shipping your auction item here.
  • Attending the auction, bidding freely, and thus earning the right to go home with new fun(gal) things while supporting your Society. Proceeds from the MSA auction help fund many of our awards and travel grants.

If you are interested in volunteering to assist with auction item intake throughout the meeting, or auction set-up and close-out, please contact the MSA Membership Coordinator, Cori VanGalder

We request that in order to expedite the intake of your donations, you consider completing the top of this bid sheet for each item and submitting it when you ship or drop off your item at the meeting.
