To make a donation by phone, please contact the MSA Membership Coordinator at (608) 441-1060 ext. 162. You will need your credit card information, and the name of the fund(s) you wish your donation to be applied to.
To make a donation by mail, please complete the donation portion of the MSA Membership Application and mail it with your payment to:
