Mycocycle, Inc. has an opportunity available for an experienced Mycologist to join our team. This position is a full-time, on-site position.
The Mycologist will have expertise in mycoremediation practices with a willingness to expand their applications under the direction of the Manager of Mycology Production with guidance from the VP, Research & Innovation. This individual must be experienced in a lab space, working independently and without direct supervision, to perform experiments to specifications. Must be familiar with working in both sterile and non-sterile conditions with high success rates; able to write reports and analysis with conclusions to support hypothesis-driven results in both a qualitative and quantitative format; develop presentations and be available to interface with stakeholders as predicated to defend process or results. The ability to be nimble and develop paths to scale production is a requirement.
