Postdoctoral Fellowship in Comparative Genomics of Insect-Killing Fungi, USDA-ARS, Ithaca, NY

The Lovett and Bushley labs at USDA-ARS in Ithaca, NY are hiring a postdoctoral researcher through Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Engineering (ORISE) THe postdoc will establish a comparative genomics pipeline for insect pathogenic fungi of the ARSEF fungal collection and specifically investigate small-secreted proteins and secondary metabolites with potential roles in host-specificity. We will begin screening applications on September 5, 2023.
