As a Production Line Operator at Mush Foods, you will join and take ownership over the production of mushroom-based protein to be used as meat replacement. Our mission is to replace 50% of meat in meals while retaining taste and nutritional value.

Responsibilities
- Safety First: Prioritize safety above all else by strictly adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Ensure the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the production environment.
- Production Line Setup: Take ownership of the production line setup. This includes understanding the machines and comprehending the production plan in terms of quantities and product specifications.
- Raw Material Preparation: Prepare raw materials and packaging materials according to production requirements to facilitate a seamless production process.
- Machine Operation: Operate various machines involved in both production and packaging. Address basic malfunctions promptly and maintain machine integrity.
- Maintenance Awareness: Recognize when maintenance is required and efficiently request maintenance support to minimize downtime.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to established work procedures and quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest quality standards. Implement quality management definitions within your work.
- Productivity: Prevent equipment depreciation, meet production targets, and achieve desired output levels.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure the cleanliness of the production line and machines to uphold safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Production Line Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Familiarity with production machinery and the ability to troubleshoot basic malfunctions.
- Ability to follow work procedures and quality control guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
