Two Postdoctoral Fellowships Available – Biology Department, Lund University

Lund University is recruiting two highly motivated post-doctoral fellows in soil microbiology and soil geochemistry. The postdoctoral fellows will work in close collaboration within a project examining the mechanisms by which ectomycorrhizal fungi mobilize and acquire nutrients associated with iron-oxide mineral particles. The project is focused on the molecular mechanisms of nutrient acquisition at the fungus-iron oxide interface and how the reactions are regulated in heterogeneous redox environments.
